A mother of one sustained head

CASE 2: WRONGFUL DEATH
A mother of
four young children was a passenger in a one truck rollover killing the mother. Both the driver and the mother were extremely
intoxicated. The case was settled two weeks before trial for a present value of $325,000.
CASE 3: NECK SURGERY
A car accident ultimately resulting
in neck surgery. This case was complicated by the fact that the client had severe neck arthritis predating the accident. Case

scar tissue in her arm. Insurance company offered client $2,500 plus medical bills to settle. After developing the case, filing
suit and negotiating with the two insurance companies involved, the case was settled for $40,000 plus the medical bills, 16
times the offer made by the insurance company before we were hired.
